1. Appointment Cancellation
- If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 1 hours in advance. This allows us to offer the appointment to another patient.
- Cancellations made less than 1 hours before the scheduled appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee of 10%.
2. Refund Policy
- Payments for services are generally non-refundable. However, if you have made a payment in error or if there are exceptional circumstances, please contact us directly.
- Refund requests must be submitted within 1 hours of the payment date. Refunds will be processed within 7 working days of approval of the request.
3. No-Show Policy
- Patients who do not show up for their scheduled appointment without prior notice will be charged a no-show fee of 5%.
4. Changes to This Policy
- Pandians Homeopathy reserves the right to modify this Cancellation and Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the new policy.
